WHO AM I?

I’m Luc Hengsdijk — coach, hybrid athlete, and firefighter from Amsterdam.

I combine strength, endurance, and real-world resilience through sport, service, and personal experience. From firefighting to triathlon, and from autoimmune challenges to structured performance training, everything I do is focused on building a body and mind that can handle real life.

My approach is shaped by practice, not theory — and by learning how to stay strong under pressure, recover properly, and perform consistently.
