Who am i?
I’m Luc Hengsdijk — coach, hybrid athlete, and firefighter from Amsterdam.
I combine strength, endurance, and real-world resilience through sport, service, and personal experience. From firefighting to triathlon, and from autoimmune challenges to structured performance training, everything I do is focused on building a body and mind that can handle real life.
My approach is shaped by practice, not theory — and by learning how to stay strong under pressure, recover properly, and perform consistently.

We use practical techniques to strengthen the nervous system, improve mental clarity, and build resilience in both sport and everyday life. From performance breathing to recovery-focused sessions, breathwork becomes a tool you can use anytime, anywhere.

You’ll receive personalized routines designed around your body, training style, and goals — from recovery sessions and mobility flows to warm-up and cooldown protocols. Learn how to improve flexibility, posture, movement quality, and overall physical balance so your body not only performs better, but also feels better every day.

Cold Exposure
Cold exposure is more than just stepping into cold water — it’s learning how to stay calm and controlled in discomfort. When practiced safely and responsibly, cold training can help improve recovery, sharpen focus, increase mental resilience, and strengthen your ability to perform under stress.
You’ll learn how to combine breathing, mindset, and gradual exposure to safely build confidence and control in challenging conditions. Every session is adapted to your level and experience, with safety and individual readiness always coming first. Cold exposure is only practiced when medically approved and suitable for the individual.
